Why Mindfulness Coaching?
Mindfulness is living in the present. By being mindful, we can prevent the mind from either ruminating on the past, or worrying about the future. To live mindfully, is to fully live in the moment. Through mindfulness coaching, you can learn techniques and tools to help you learn about implementing mindfulness in your daily life which can lead to a reduction in stress, clarity, and an overall more positive mindset.
WHAT YOU GET
My job is to help clients like you find direction and facilitate your self-growth. Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands or maybe you're looking for the confidence to begin a new venture. In any case, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation through mindfulness practices. Through one-on-one coaching, I will also help you learn techniques and strategies to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life.

Personal & Professional Empowerment
$150 (90 MINUTES)
In-Depth Consultation Call
One Initial In depth Coaching Consultation (90 mins): An opportunity to find clarity on the support you need and how you wish to transform your life through mindful practices. We build foundations for our work together so you leave with clarity, motivation and some exciting actions to work on. The consultation is delivered over Facetime/Skype/Zoom, with the option of meeting in person in New Jersey (limited availability). You will receive an in depth pre-coaching questionnaire as well as follow up notes & recommendations via email. At this stage, we can agree on the next steps by choosing one of the ongoing coaching packages (details below).
$400 (6 WEEK DURATION)
Chrysalis
6 Individualized coaching sessions to support you in moving forward and create the changes you wish to see in your life. Sessions are arranged to occur once per week for 6 weeks, last 60mins, and delivered over Facetime/Skype/Zoom call, with the option of meeting in person in New Jersey (limited availability).
What to expect:
›› A focused package for implementing mindful changes to your daily routine.
›› Sessions are a specialized, intuitive blend of coaching, mindfulness and other techniques tailored to your needs and goals.
›› Ongoing, unlimited email guidance & support as needed over 6 weeks.
›› Voice recorded personalized guidance when relevant over 6 weeks.
›› Tailored-made meditations recorded for you.
›› Relevant tools, resources, worksheets & recommendations picked and shared with you in between sessions.
$750 (4 MONTH DURATION)
Evolve Immersion Package
An in-depth journey together over a 4 month span to empower you to get clear on what matters to you, shift away from fear and build a thorough, mindful practice that feels natural to you. Minimum of 10 individualized coaching sessions to support you in moving forward and create the changes you wish to see in your life. Sessions are arranged every 2-3 weeks, last 60-75mins and delivered over Facetime/Skype/Zoom call, with the option of meeting in person in New Jersey (limited availability).
One final review session (45mins) 4 weeks following the end of our coaching package for fine-tuning and added accountability.

At this stage, we can agree on the next steps by choosing one of the ongoing coaching packages as listed above.
Investment: $150
When we determine what package works best for your needs and goals, the initial consult fee will be deducted from the package fee (if the initial consult fee has been prepaid).
