Everything you need to transform your life is already within you. I'm Erin: a Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness Coach, and I want to help you on your journey to step into your best life. I can give you the tools to evolve into a higher version of yourself. You may not know where to begin or you may not have the support or confidence to do it on your own. That's where I come in.
In addition to being a teacher and coach, I am also a mental health advocate. I have battled depression, anxiety, and eating disorders and I've learned through my experience that I would be no where without continued support, my yoga practice, meditation, and mindfulness techniques. For that reason, I want to share my knowledge with others.
I've completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training where I learned the foundations of teaching yoga asana and meditation. I've continued to add hours of teaching and training in specialties like stress relief, anxiety, and trauma. I envision a future mental health care is integrative and holistic. I am continuing my education by pursuing my Masters of Social Work from Rutgers University. One day, I plan to incorporate yoga and meditation into a counseling and wellness practice of my own.
